Women & Children's Sober Living House in baton rouge, la

Akron House LA's women and children's house is located in the Sherwood Forest neighborhood close to Florida Blvd.  Convenient to bus routes and lots of Baton Rouge businesses. It is located half a mile from our other 4 houses.

We have 7 single bedrooms with full or queen sized pillow top beds (we also have smaller beds or cribs we can add into the rooms for a child).  4 of these rooms are reserved for women with children and the remaining 3 rooms are for women without children, who want the privacy of having their own room. 

 

This house has tons of toys, baby equipment, and other kid friendly accommodations. . 

 

Akron Houses main goal with our women and children's house in Baton Rouge, is to provide a stable home where women can grow in their recovery and provide the best care possible for their children.  We want our residents to be able to save and plan for a future outside of sober living, and we will do everything we can to help you achieve your goals.
